ou trouver le menu paramètre sur le nouveau decodeur
Bonjour à tous, suis certainement très beotien, mais j essaie de relier l'app tv orange + a mon nouveau decodeur, l app me demande un numéro donné par le decodeur dans pramètre : je ne trouve pas ou se trouve le menu paramètre sur la fenetre home du decodeur , qui pourrait m aider
deuxième question : ma telecomande dec orange, gère la tele , et l inverse aussi , je ferme la tele , le decodeur s arrete, comment puis je faire???

pour aller dans les paramètres :
1 bouton orange sur la télécommande
2 allez sur la droite ( oui il y a rtl play, Auvio, etc)
3 cliquez sur parametres
4 il y a alors une option appli orange tv plus.

@Franz4800 Bonjour, il faux aussi pensé que se nouveaux décodeur et toujours en test il et pas totalement terminé via son Firmware ,il va recevoir plusieurs mise a jour bêta test avant, ses pour cela qui n’es pas encore installé chez tout le monde sauf les client existant qui prenne le risque de le prendre comme 2 ieme décodeur ainsi que les nouveaux client Orange ou il et installé d'office , les mois avenir nous en dirons plus sur leur nouveaux bidule pour moi il ne seras pas vraiment opérationnelle avant au moins 1 an

One thing that often helps when a menu or settings section seems to be missing on a new decoder is checking whether the interface has been redesigned rather than removed. Many newer devices move advanced settings into profile, system, or accessibility sections, which can make them harder to find if you're used to the previous layout.
It can also be useful to restart the decoder after a software update, as some menu items don't appear correctly until the update is fully applied. If the option is still unavailable, checking the firmware version and comparing it with the latest version supported by Orange can help determine whether it's a software issue or an intentional interface change.
Hopefully Orange can provide a clear navigation path, because finding essential settings shouldn't require users to search through multiple menus.

If you're coming from the previous decoder generation, one thing to keep in mind is that Orange has changed the navigation structure quite a bit on some of the newer models. In many cases, the traditional "Paramètres" (Settings) menu isn't immediately visible from the main screen.
A few things that may help:
Try pressing the Home/Menu button and look for a gear icon in the upper corner of the interface.
Check under "Mon Compte," "Système," or "Préférences," as some settings have been relocated there.
If you're looking for display, audio, or network options specifically, they may now be grouped under a "Device" or "Decoder Information" section rather than a standalone settings menu.
Performing a full reboot (power off for 30 seconds, then restart) can sometimes refresh missing menu items after an update.
It might also help if you mention the exact decoder model and software version you're using. Orange currently has several different decoder interfaces, and the location of the settings menu can vary significantly between them. A screenshot of what you see after pressing the Home button would make it much easier for community members to provide precise step-by-step instructions.
