I forgot my PIN code.

For Orange Belgium, you’ll need to reset it directly with them.

Here’s what to do:

Call 5000 from your Orange mobile

or

Call +32 2 745 95 00 from another phone.

Ask to reset your PIN/voicemail PIN (specify which PIN you mean).

They will verify your identity and issue a new one.

If your SIM card is blocked, you can find your PUK code in the Customer Zone or contact our Customer Service.
